Chocolate Vendor Application

If you are a chocolate producer, retailer or have other chocolate related items, we would love to have you join us at the Rockin Chocolate Marathon Chocolate Festival. The booth fee is $250. You will be able to sell, sample and promote your business to hundreds of chocolate lovers.

The inaugural Rockin Chocolate Marathon
The event includes a full marathon, half marathon, half marathon walk, and a 3-person or 6-person relay marathon. We expect 2,500 runners and just as many spectators. The Chocolate Festival will be open to the public and will be promoted to ensure a large turnout. We will also have live bands in the festival as well as beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks. The entire event is produced by Starting Line Events, LLC, who also produces several events at Brat Fest, the Make-A-Wish Run, Bacon & Brews and many other local festivals and running events. Reach-A-Child is the benefactor of the Rockin Chocolate Marathon.  The marathon starts at 8:30 am, vendors should be setup and ready to serve by 10:30 am.

Terms & Agreements

WAIVER:
I have read the rules listed above. I waive and release the Rockin Chocolate Marathon, Starting Line Events, LLC, Monona Parks Dept, the City Of Monona, the County of Dane, all Volunteers, Advertisers, Sponsors, their Representatives and Successors, from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I also understand and agree that this event will occur, rain or shine and there are no refunds for any reason unless the event is cancelled in advance by the organizers. I grant permission to Starting Line Events, LLC for the use of my image or likeness in any recording of this event to be used for advertising, marketing or other legal manners of promotion.
