WAIVER:
I have read the rules listed above. I waive and release the Rockin Chocolate Marathon, Starting Line Events, LLC, Monona Parks, the City Of Monona, the County of Dane, all Volunteers, Advertisers, Sponsors, their Representatives and Successors, from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I also understand and agree that this event will occur, rain or shine and there are no refunds for any reason unless the event is cancelled in advance by the organizers. I grant permission to Starting Line Events, LLC for the use of my image or likeness in any recording of this event to be used for advertising, marketing or other legal manners of promotion.
