ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 21 OR OLDER, NO EXCEPTIONSPlease choose one of the available shifts below. Duties include helping food vendors plate and serve food, helping serve beer, monitoring the festival grounds for trash, assisting in the ice tent (giving bags of ice to vendors), and other areas that are short staffed. The Grounds Coordinator and the Volunteer Coordinator need to be available all day during the festival.
Oversee all volunteers at the check-in gate, the ticket gate and in the festival area. You will help trouble shoot any situations that may arise.
Oversee grounds volunteers to make sure ice is being delivered to breweries, trash cans are emptied and other small jobs.
Check-in breweries and restaurants and get them in their correct spots. Check beer inventory, collect invoices and bring bags of ice to breweries.
Pairs of volunteers will pour beer for breweries who are understaffed. You will need to learn about the breweries and the beers that you pour so you can answer questions when asked.
You will help scan tickets, hand out glasses or put wristbands on festival attendees.
You will help where needed.
